The College has a limited number of small rooms available for supervisions, meetings and study groups. Study groups should have a majority of current Darwin members present, and be apolitical and secular in nature. To book a room please contact the Domestic Bursar’s Secretary. Please book as far in advance as you are able to as these rooms fill up very quickly; the College cannot guarantee that rooms will always be available for use. There is no charge for current members booking supervision rooms.
Rooms for larger meetings or seminars are also available to book – these rooms usually incur a hire charge, although this may be waived, at the discretion of the Domestic Bursar, for events open to all College members. Resources such as projectors, screens & flip charts can also be booked for meetings. Meetings and seminars held in College rooms must be apolitical and secular – if you are unsure about this policy please seek advice when making your booking. Contact the Domestic Bursar’s Secretary (firstname.lastname@example.org) for further details.
